Medical Insurance

Many medical insurance companies cover Chiropractic or Osteopathic treatment. However individual policies vary and, if you wish to reclaim your treatment fees it is important that you contact your insurers prior to starting care. Some companies maintain a list of specialists whose fees they are willing to meet; BUPA and PPP are examples of these. Because of this it is important that you check that your insurers accept your named chiropractor or osteopath.

Upon receipt of a completed insurance form or a ‘pre authorisation number’, fees can be invoiced directly to medical insurers. Until we are in receipt of this information we have to ask patients to pay their fees themselves.
