Patient Partnership Quality Mark 2010 - 2012 For the second consecutive period, Back2Health have been awarded the Patient Partnership Quality Mark. Back2Health is only one of thirty six clinics nationwide to have been awarded this quality mark twice.

Back2Health was one of only six clinics across the country to to be awarded the Clinical Management Quality Mark (CMQM) by The College of Chiropractors when it was first introduced. This was in recognition of our having demonstrated highs standards in a range of areas including: clinical audit, risk management, incident reporting, outcome measurement, patient satisfaction, emergency procedures and operational policy. Awards were presented at the College's Awards Dinner held at The Royal Society, London, on Wednesday 21 January 2009. The Clinical Management Quality Mark recognises our commitment to operating in a professionally managed environment where we constantly strive to improve our level of service. The PPQM is awarded to practices which have demonstrated excellence in
meeting patient expectations. The College of Chiropractors presented it
to us in recognition of our commitment to patient care and clinical
management.
