Back2Health Quality Award 2010

Jonathan Field DC of  Back2Health was awarded the ‘Patient Partnership Quality Mark’ (PPQM) on January 20th by The College of Chiropractors.

Back2Health are one of only thirty six clinics throughout the UK to have been given this award twice.

Jonathan said, “Chiropractors as individuals are regulated by an act of parliament. We at Back2Health choose to go one step further by inviting external scrutiny of the standards in our clinics. We are proud to say that the award of the Patient Partnership Quality Mark recognises our commitment to meeting and exceeding patients’ expectations of their treatment, environment and care."

The PPQM award was launched in 2006 by the College of Chiropractors to recognise excellence in meeting the expectations patients have about their chiropractic care.

Back2Health was started twenty three years ago in Petersfield and has grown to six clinics in Hampshire and West Sussex, employing thirty staff. Over five thousand patients a year are treated for a range of conditions such as back, neck and shoulder pain or stiffness as well as headaches.
